The Opportunity
Ghana is among Africa’s leading climate-policy reformers. Its updated climate targets call for 64 million tonnes of emission reductions by 2030, and it is one of the first African states to operationalise Article 6 of the Paris Agreement.
Yet the institutions connecting that national ambition to local enterprise remain thin. Small businesses cannot easily access climate finance, and carbon-market value too often leaks to external intermediaries.
FeN CIC exists to close that gap.
