Governance Structure
FeN Climate and Innovation Centre is incorporated as a Company Limited by Guarantee (Reg. No. CG029440526). The Centre is governed by a Board of five to seven Directors with combined expertise in climate policy, finance, law, and enterprise.
The Vice Chancellor of FeN University College serves ex officio to support academic and training collaboration, helping strengthen research, knowledge exchange, and professional development.
Policies & Accountability
Strong governance is at the heart of everything we do. To ensure responsible and transparent operations, the Centre adopts a comprehensive policy framework covering finance, procurement, anti-bribery, safeguarding, whistleblower protection, conflict of interest, data protection, and gender and inclusion.
Audited annual financial statements and an Annual Report are published from Year One, demonstrating our commitment to accountability and transparency.
Managing Related Parties
The Centre collaborates with FeN University College and industry practitioners while maintaining its legal and operational independence.
A formal Conflict of Interest Policy and a Related-Party Register govern these relationships. Where conflicts arise, affected individuals abstain from relevant decisions, ensuring every engagement is conducted fairly, transparently, and in the best interests of the Centre.
